I do stream my commissions, not all, but a few - If you dont want this please let me know beforehand!Delivery Time
I have a full time job, other hobbies and reallife business, so my time is divided. I try my best to complete your project as fast as possible.Additional Costs
If a character is complex enough, additional charges may be made. This charge will be agreed upon by both of us prior to starting the commission.Payments
Payments will be done via Paypal in Euro €!
50% are to be paid upfront the commission when the requirements are set. The second 50% are to be paid to receive finished art without watermark. Optional you can pay the total sum upfront.Process
1. Blockout phase: different thumbnails with poses, rough colours and ideas
2. Sketch phase: Sketching the chosen thumbnail - up to 5 reviews during this phase
3. Line phase: Clean lineart of finalized sketch, minor changes possible, but can be denied if too complex.
4. Finishing phase: Rendering colours, shading and lighting - changes regarding this can be madeWIP (Work in Progress) will be send throughout the phases. Stepping into the next phase will only happen when the client approves of the current state.Cancellation and Refund
1. Artist cancels at any given time - full refund
2. Client cancels before work has begun (Phase 2 Sketch) - full refund
3. Client cancels during or after Phase 2 Sketch -no refund, WIP in .png format with watermark will be provided
Upon delivery of a completed commission, Clients have no right to request a refund or file a chargeback against the Artist under any circumstances.
4. If the Client doesnt answer to payment requests or review requests in three weeks time the comission is seen as terminated. This will result in one of the above happening or the loss of ones comission spot.Completion of Commission
When a commission is completed, the Client will receive an illustration digitally in the form of a .png file. The illustration will be marked with the Artist’s signature in a non-central area of the canvas. The Artist will not provide any art software files to the Client under any circumstances.Upon confirmation and receipt of the completed commission, the Artist is no longer obligated to make any changes to the illustration.Copyright Usage
The Artist reserves the rights to display the completed commission on any platform.
Clients may not share any WIPs or incomplete material of the commissions received without the Artist’s consent.
Clients may share the completed commission under the condition that they attribute the work to the Artist.
"Creative Commons - Share alike" apply - You can share the art and do edits, if you give proper credit and the edited version has to have the same license.
The rights to the characters represented in commissions belong to their respective owners.
